this soap is made with 2 very important things..first the goatmilk makes this soap perfect for after swimming nutrients for the skin after harsh exposure to chlorine,,,second is the natural citrus thats in it..citrus naturally breaks down chlorine.then theres oatmeal to help remove the dry skin.shower with after swimming and keep the skin soft,,does not make you swim faster..
